Crafting in the Carolina’s Retreat

Vendor Fee is $ per Vendor (1-person) – This fee is non-refundable
​
​We want this to be a pleasant experience for you and your business, so to help you sell your products and promote your business we have set our Vendor Fee low, to cover the cost of your meals. This fee covers the Vendor for the entire event.
​
​If you bring a helper, you/they will be responsible for covering the cost of their meals in the amount of an additional $100. Vendor fee only covers one person for entire event, so if a helper is needed those fee’s need to be paid and are also non-refundable.
​
Breakfast is not included, but can be purchased at a discounted rate when checking in at the hotel.
​
​You are responsible for your own hotel room cost and a code for the discounted group rate and will be provided in your confirmation email to book your room.
​
​Each Vendor will receive:

1 (one) 6ft Table
-
1 chair, (1 - additional chair will be provided, if needed)

You can bring one floor display stand, no larger than 2ft wide, that will fit on either side of your table, if needed. You are responsible for your own displays and set up.

Lunch & Dinner is included with your Vendor Fee

Breakfast can be purchased from the hotel at check-in at a discounted rate

Your Logo and business info will be posted on our website and all printed materials as a Vendor

​You are responsible for securing your items at the end of each night. Tables/Set Up can be moved into meeting room and secured for safety once the meeting space has been set up for the next day.
​
All set up's must be down and packed up at end of day Saturday. Meeting space is turned back over to the hotel on Saturday at 9PM
​
​You MUST be set up and ready for shoppers by 6PM for Meet & Greet and 8AM on Design Days.

Meet & Greet Events are 6PM to 8PM

Design Day 1 Events are 8AM to 9PM (there is a Crafting After Dark Theme Party after Dinner and we would like Vendors to be available for shopping)

Design Day 2 Events are 8AM to 5PM (There will be breaks for Lunch and Dinner

Attendee’s will be given multiple opportunities to shop with Vendors throughout the 2 day event and during the Crafting After Dark Theme Party
​
Please bring your own shipping supplies (boxes, tape, labels, packing materials) in case shoppers want to ship items home. As a service to you we can drop them at the post office, if needed, as long as they are paid for, boxed and labeled in advance.
We will not be responsible for the shipping costs of vendor items/sales.

​**If you (Vendors) will be flying in for the event and would like to ship your items ahead please reach out to Dawn at craftinginthecarolinas@gmail.com to make arrangements. You ARE responsible for all shipping costs!
​
If you would like to be a Vendor at our event, please submit your application and once accepted you will be sent a QR Code to Venmo to make your Vendor Payment and a confirmation and Welcome Email will be sent
​
Vendor & Helper Fee's paid are non-refundable and must be paid at time of acceptance.

Once payment and information are completed you will receive a confirmation email from craftinginthecarolina@gmail.com
